Sophosic Inc. may access, store, and process Company Confidential Information and Client Information provided by you or generated through your use of the Service. This data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Internal communications, reports, and proprietary information.

2.2.2 Account Information

Sophosic Inc. may collect and store Account Information related to you and Your Organization, including:

To continuously improve the Service, Sophosic Inc. may collect and analyze Usage Information, including:

Sophosic Inc. fosters business networking through the Sophosic Network, where Client Contact Information may be shared to facilitate professional connections, collaborations, and referrals. This may include:

  • Company name, industry, and relevant business details.
  • Key contacts, including job titles and publicly available business contact information.
  • Introduction opportunities between businesses that may benefit from mutual collaboration.

5.2.1 Opt-Out Mechanism

You have control over whether your Client Contact Information is shared within the Sophosic Network:

  • You can opt out by updating your account settings or contacting our support team.
  • Opting out may limit your visibility within the Sophosic Network and affect collaboration opportunities.
  • Sophosic Inc. does not share client contact details for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

5.3 Legal Compliance and Enforcement

Sophosic Inc. may disclose your data when required by law or to protect our legal and security interests, including in the following situations:

  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., subpoenas, court orders, regulatory requests).

  • Replicate, modify, or create derivative works based on our AI models, software, or algorithms.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features and services provided by Sophosic Inc. require payment. By subscribing to and using any paid services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding fees, billing, and payment obligations.

7.1 Payment Obligations

By purchasing a subscription or any paid service, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as specified in your selected plan or service agreement.

  • If a free trial transitions into a paid subscription, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

If you fail to make a payment on time:

  • A late payment fee or interest charge may be applied based on the overdue balance.

  • You grant Sophosic Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process your User Content for service delivery and improvement.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe on third-party rights.

11.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems is subject to the following terms:

  • You may use AI-generated content for your business purposes within the scope of your subscription.
  • Sophosic Inc. retains rights to the underlying AI models and algorithms.
  • You may not claim ownership of or patent AI-generated innovations without authorization.

This section outlines the limits of Sophosic Inc.'s liability and your agreement to these limitations.

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.
  • We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content or insights.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sophosic Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sophosic Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

You agree to resolve disputes with Sophosic Inc. on an individual basis:

  • You waive any right to class-wide arbitration.
  • You may only resolve disputes in your individual capacity.
