Fictional sample workspace. Payments, drafts, replies, and product changes stay in this browser tab. Nothing is charged or sent.

Collect for a product, an invoice, or an appointment.

A product purchase, an invoice, and an appointment payment each have their own details. Console keeps the amount and status with the right record.

Online checkout for your products

Customers can buy on your website or through a checkout link. The product order keeps the item, buyer contact, and payment status together.

Requires a connected payment account, published products, policies, and shipping details where applicable. Customer association depends on matching the buyer’s identity.

Invoices that describe the work

Build an invoice with line items, quantities, amounts, a memo, and a due date. Review the draft before using your workspace’s invoice actions.

Your workspace role and payment setup determine the invoice actions available to you.

Deposits and balances you can follow

See whether a booking deposit is authorized or captured, then follow the balance still due for the appointment.

Deposit timing and capture follow your booking policy and successful payment steps. An authorization is a temporary hold, not a settled payment.

Ways to pay

Give customers card and wallet options at checkout.

Payment methods depend on the checkout, the customer’s device, and your account. A cash record has a different purpose: documenting money collected outside card processing.

Cards online

Customers enter card details through the configured checkout. The resulting payment belongs to its order, invoice, or booking.

A connected payment account and an eligible checkout are required.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple PayGoogle Pay

Eligible customers may see a wallet option at checkout.

Availability depends on supported devices and browsers, wallet setup, checkout eligibility, and payment-account configuration.

Cash recording

A cash entry records money you collected. It does not process a card payment or move money through a payment provider.

Available recording controls depend on the workspace and your role.

Booking payments

See how much is held, collected, and still due.

A deposit can be held before it is collected. The booking keeps that amount separate from the remaining appointment balance.

  1. Authorization

An authorized deposit reserves an amount on the customer’s payment method. It has not yet been captured.

  2. Capture

A successful capture collects the authorized amount according to the booking’s payment policy.

  3. Remaining balance

The amount still due is handled separately. A paid product order does not settle an appointment balance.
