Suggested reply from Sophia

Hi Maya, your cut and style is requested for Thursday, October 1 at 2 PM. The remaining balance is $85.00.

Answers grounded in your records

Signed-in team members can ask about the workspace information their role is allowed to use, then check the relevant record before acting.

Enabled tools, your plan, and your permissions determine the available context. AI answers can be wrong.

A reply you can make your own

Where Inbox drafting is enabled, Sophia can prepare a reply for your team to review and edit. A person chooses when to send it.

Inbox drafting requires workspace configuration and permission to use it.

Product changes with a review step

A supported product edit can appear as a proposed change, with the current and suggested description visible before you approve it.

Only enabled actions can be proposed; approval depends on your permissions.

Public and private context

Keep public and private information separate.

Website visitors can ask about public details, such as opening hours. Your signed-in team can use the workspace records their role allows.

On your website

When website assistance is enabled, Sophia can use the business information made available on that surface.

A website visitor does not receive your private Console context. Public information needs to be kept current.

Inside your workspace

Staff assistance uses authorized workspace context and the tools enabled for that surface.

Authentication, role, plan, and action permissions still apply. Reviewable changes are shown before approval.

Use the draft, edit it, and add your reply to the local conversation. Sample controls also offer a product description change to review. Responses are prepared; no model request or customer message is sent.

Setup and availability

Available help depends on your workspace.

Enabled tools and action permissions determine which tasks Sophia can assist with. Inbox drafting needs its own setup. These examples do not promise autonomous sending or booking, customer, or invoice creation.

A little more about Sophia.

Does Sophia send customer replies for me?
No. The Inbox workflow prepares an editable draft for your team to review and send. The sample sends no customer message.
Can website visitors see private customer records?
Website visitors and signed-in teams use different information and permissions. Website assistance uses information available to the public surface; private workspace context requires authenticated, authorized access.
